Dr. Conrad Murray was on the phone with his girlfriend as Michael Jackson was dying, that’s what TMZ just found out.They know people.Apparently Dr. Murray was on a cell phone with his girlfriend from Houston between 12:03 and 12:13 PM on June 25, 2009 -- the day Jackson died.The girlfriend told LAPD detectives ... about 5 minutes into the call, she heard Dr. Murray abruptly drop the phone and then heard him administer CPR. The girlfriend said there was no indication Dr. Murray knew anything was wrong before dropping the telephone.911 was called at 12:21p, - 13 minutes later.
Joe Halderman -- the guy accused of trying to extort $2 million from David Letterman has some great friends.Apparently they are chipping in to pay his legal bills.So far friends and co-workers at CBS have raised 50-grand… TMZ says a lot of the staffers at 48-hrs refuse to believe their colleague us guilty of extortion – and if he is it’s because of money issues and his divorce.

Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It's a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.

Oprah is taking her syndicated talk show off network broadcasts and is moving it to her cable network, the Oprah Winfrey Network, in 2011.
Here's the key points:
She's moving her production out of Chicago to LA as soon as 2011.
She's moving the show to OWN, because Discovery Communications (who owns OWN) told Oprah to move the show, or lose her network.
OWN is in 70 million homes replacing Discovery Health.
CBS and ABC will be the big losers. CBS syndicates the show, ABC stations are the core station group for Oprah's show.
Discovery is rumored to lose millions on OWN, so they're treating it as a loss leader.
Oprah's meeting with programming executives to get the network up and running.

Wow – I must say I didn’t see this coming.Sony Pictures just announced that the Michael Jackson documentary,This Is It, will stay in theaters through Thanksgiving weekend. Direct TV brought back the late Chris Farley in their new ad campaign.Some people not too crazy about it.we have the video now on the gossip page.It’s the scene from Tommy Boy – fat guy in a little coat – its Chris doing his classic scene – and David Spade sitting on the couch – saying I’m here with tons of fun when instead I could be at home watching my Direct TV.Funny.Farleys family gave their consent – David Spade says it’s a cool way to remind people just how funny Chris was.

Michael Jackson childhood home is in Gary Indiana.Always been a tourist attraction – but its a little out of the way.The mayor has a plan – creating a replica in the downtown area – to celebrate the King Of Pop and of course breath little new life into the city.The project might also include a museum honoring Jackson, who died in June, and his family's journey to stardom from humble beginnings, as well as a performing arts center and a hotel.The mayor is now in Vegas with Joe Jackson about to announce the museum at the Palms Casino.
Prosecutors in L-A have charged four people with breaking into the homes of Hollywood celebrities.Victims include Lindsay Lohan and "The Hills" actress Audrina Patridge.
